ABOUT OUR TRAINERS
ABOUT AVIN WHITAKER
I am a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. I have my Bachelor's in Exercise Science. I have worked with a variety of athletes from Middle School, High School to the Colligate Levels. I have also spend time as a Personal Training at the University of Cincinnati in their Rec. Center. Currently I am also the assistant Strength Coach at Elder High School. I train hard and I will push beyond what you think you're capable of. It won't be easy but you will see results!
ABOUT CAYDEN HELLER
I am a performance coach and personal trainer with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, a Certificate of Sport Coaching, and both my CPT (NASM) and CSCS (NSCA) credentials.
I specilize in helping athletes and everyday lifters to get stronger, faster and more confident - both in and out of the gym. My coaching philosophy revolves around personal improvement, every set, every rep, every day is a chance to get 1% better - not just proving you're better than someone else, but becoming the strongest version of yourself.
