How would you describe the environment?
-The environment at bent bar fitness is one of the best I have been in. Everybody at bent bar fitness is always rooting for you to move the weight and if you can't get it that occasion everyone is always there to build you up and help you get it the next time.
How would describe the experience?
-The experience at bent bar fitness is amazing. It is really cool to see different levels of experience lifting. As a newcomer to lifting, it is really cool to see how guys can move 500 and 600 pounds, and then they will turn around and help you try to get to that point as well.
Did you have a good experience?
-I have never been to bent bar fitness and left having a bad experience. Sure there were days where I felt I should have been able to lift more than I was able to, but on those days everyone just motivates you and helps you hit another big lift targeting different muscles.
What are your thought about Bent Bar Fitness?
-Bent Bar Fitness is one of the few fitness groups that is open to anyone, whether you are trying to bulk or cut, you are old or young, or even if you are experienced or new lifter. Bent bar fitness is the place to be if you want to see your fitness dream become a reality.
How would you describe my training style?
-Avin's training style is a tough love style where he will push you to work past where your mind tells you to stop and you are able to surprise yourself with how much you can truly do. He makes sure that your form is good and then lets you start to increase the weight you move making sure you are doing it safely the whole way.
Do you like my training style?
-I personally love this style of training. There are days where I am simply not feeling it but with this training style, I am still able to get after it and at the end of the lift I am surprised how much I was able to do that day.
Overall how would describe me and how I do things?
-Overall at bent bar fitness, your first step is to find where you are by finding your current maxes. After this Avin tweaks your form and gives you exercises that build up target muscles as well as getting you comfortable with the regular big lift motions. He is always paying attention to form and making sure you will not hurt yourself doing it the way that you are. He really cares about all of the clients he has and wants them to be successful just as much if not more than they do themselves.
Would you recommend me to others?
-If you are seriously wanting to get into fitness, whether it is bulking, or cutting, or even just trying to stay and shape and learn the ropes of how to lift, I highly recommend going through bent bar fitness. Bent bar fitness truly cares about your success and helps you unlock the strength that you never even realized that you possessed.
